The Punch List

If you already know exactly what you need or want in a home why not take the time to draft a list?  If there are two or more involved in the decision making, why not have a meeting? How about pet peeves, dislikes, oh no – can’t do that appointments or features, and how about any absolute deal breakers?  It could be a fun exercise.  Perhaps not initially as you dig deep for true needs and must haves.

When we visit medical professionals, they will often ask questions.  As patients, we openly and confidentially share and inform our medical professionals what is going well, what isn’t going well and matters that concern us.  Diet, exercise, prescriptions.  It’s all in the chart or health record.

A skilled and compassionate real estate agent may remind us of a caring patient-focused medical professional, especially when engaged in a question and answer session.  So why not have your punch list ready?
